Donna Gonzalez will present a program to encourage you to have native plants in your yard and garden to attract the birds we will see in autumn and winter.   Don't tidy up your garden too much.  Birds need the fruit, berries, nuts, seed heads, and insects to fuel them for their flight south, or to keep them well fed through winter.  Then, in the spring, birds use plant material for their nests and need to find insects to raise their young.
